What is an Escape Room?
An escape game is a real-life experience where participants are locked in a room and must use elements of the room, the group’s collective knowledge, and wits to discover clues, solve puzzles, and escape and/or find the missing item within a set amount of time.
How do you escape from the escape room?
You can escape the room one of two ways:
1) Solve the Clues – Use your wits, critical thinking and communication skills to work with the other players and solve the clues. Solve them all before the clock strikes zero and the locked escape room will open.
2) Ask to Leave – You might not be able to walk right out the door of a locked room escape game, but that doesn’t mean you’re trapped inside for an hour. You can ask to leave at any time. Just remember, once you leave you can’t re-enter the locked escape room.

How long do escape rooms take?
How long it takes you to escape from the room is entirely down to your team. Each experience usually lasts between 75 and 130 minutes. This consists of a 10-15 minute brief, up to 60 minutes of game play time within the room itself and a short 5 minute debrief and photo opportunity at the end.
How many people should you do an escape room with?
In order for those parts of an escape room to be utilized, you should bring a group of four to eight people. The middle ground will allow you to spread yourselves out equally, communicate without too much distraction, and focus on the task at hand.
Are phones allowed in escape rooms?
Phones are not allowed in our escape rooms. We have a safety locker for you to keep all your belongings.
When Do I Need To Arrive?
You don’t want to show up late for a game that’s all about beating the clock. All “escapers” should arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled game.
What should I do if I received an ‘Unsuccessful’ message after the online booking payment?
Check if your card / account was charged. If no, please proceed to repurchase the tickets. If yes, please check your transaction history page or check your email for the order confirmation.
